No download or app store required. Link Hooker is a Progressive Web App (PWA) - a website that installs directly onto your home screen. On iOS, visit linkhooker.com in Safari, tap the Share button, and select "Add to Home Screen." On Android, open it in Chrome and tap "Add to Home Screen" from the browser menu. It will look and behave exactly like a native app.

Copy any URL and open Link Hooker. Paste it into the save bar and tap the Hook button. Link Hooker automatically fetches the page title, description, and OG preview image. Optionally add a personal note and assign it to a folder before saving.

Yes. Copy any link from WhatsApp self-chat, Instagram DMs, YouTube videos, or any other source, and paste it into Link Hooker. The app works with any URL from any platform.

Link Hooker automatically fetches the page title, meta description, and OG (Open Graph) preview image. This gives every hook a rich visual card so you can instantly recognize what it is without opening the link. Rich OG image previews are available on Pro and Pro+ plans.

Yes. Every hook has a personal notes field where you can write why you saved it, what you want to do with it, or any other context. These notes are fully searchable.

Open any hook and tap the three-dot menu or the edit icon to modify the title, URL, notes, folder, or type. To delete, select the delete option and confirm. You can undo a deletion immediately after it happens.

Yes. Link Hooker shows an undo option right after you delete a hook so you can instantly restore it if you deleted it by mistake.

Archiving hides a hook from your main library without permanently removing it - it is stored in your archive and can be restored at any time. Deleting permanently removes the hook, though you have a brief window to undo it immediately afterward.

Folders let you group related hooks into broad categories - like "Work," "Design," "Read Later," or "Recipes." When you save a hook, you can assign it to a folder. You can also move existing hooks between folders at any time.

Basic plan users can create up to 2 folders. Pro and Pro+ subscribers get unlimited folders.

Yes. Open any hook and edit it to reassign it to a different folder, or use the "Fix Miscategorised" option to quickly correct a hook's folder.

Any hook you save without assigning a folder is automatically placed in "Uncategorized Hooks." It acts as a default inbox so nothing gets lost. You can organize these hooks into proper folders at any time.

Link Hooker's search indexes every hook by its title, URL, your personal notes, and description. Type any keyword and matching hooks appear instantly. This means you can find a hook by what the page is about, not just what you typed when you saved it.

Basic Search (all plans) lets you search by keyword across titles, URLs, and notes. Advanced Search (Pro and Pro+) adds the ability to filter by day, date, year, and content type, so you can narrow results even in a very large library.

Yes. The type filter lets you narrow your hooks by content type - for example, show only videos, reels, articles, or tools. This is available on all plans.

Yes. Basic and Pro plans include standard sorting. Pro and Pro+ add Advanced Sorting options for more fine-grained control over the order your hooks appear.

Tap the star icon on any hook card to mark it as a favourite. Starred hooks are easily accessible from the Starred filter so you can always find your most important hooks instantly.

Archiving moves a hook out of your main library into an archive view. The hook is not deleted - it is preserved and can be restored at any time. Archive is useful for hooks you no longer need quick access to but do not want to delete permanently.

Bulk Actions (Pro and Pro+ only) let you select multiple hooks at once and perform operations - such as moving them to a folder, archiving them, or deleting them - in a single step. Enable bulk selection mode, choose your hooks, and pick the action you want to apply.

Link Hooker has three plans: Basic (free forever), Pro (₹199/month), and Pro+ (₹1,499/year). Each tier unlocks progressively more features.

The Basic plan is free forever and includes up to 150 hooks, 2 folders, basic search, basic visual previews, and cross-device sync.

Pro includes everything in Basic plus: unlimited hooks, unlimited folders, rich visual previews (OG images), bulk actions, advanced sorting, advanced search (keyword, day, date, and year filters), and priority support.

Pro+ includes everything in Pro plus: data export, yearly heatmap, Hook Boards (coming soon), push notification alerts (coming soon), and the full built-in Task Manager with Actionable Hooks, smart inbox, NLP quick capture, urgency flags, and repeating schedules. Pro+ saves 37% compared to monthly billing.

Go to the Pricing page or tap "Upgrade" inside the app. Select your plan and complete the checkout. Your new plan activates immediately.

Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Pro+ subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Link Hooker uses One-Click Sign In with Google. No passwords to remember - just tap "Sign In with Google" and you are in.

Yes. Link Hooker supports Two-Factor Authentication to add an extra layer of security to your account.

You can request account deletion from your account settings. All your data, including saved hooks and notes, will be permanently removed. If you have trouble, email mylinkhooker@gmail.com and the team will assist you.

Yes. Link Hooker is built on Firebase, which provides enterprise-grade security and encryption. Your data is backed up automatically and protected with cross-device sync. You can read more on the Security page at linkhooker.com/security.

Link Hooker's mobile interface follows iOS native app standards for touch targets, text sizes, and navigation. The experience is optimized for one-handed use with swipe gestures, a back-to-top button, and swipe guard to prevent accidental actions.

Link Hooker requires an internet connection to save new hooks and sync your library. As a PWA, the app shell loads quickly even on slower connections, but saving and searching require connectivity.

Link Hooker uses a responsive design that adapts its layout for mobile and desktop. On mobile, you get a compact, touch-friendly interface. On desktop, you get a comprehensive dashboard with more information visible at once.

Make sure you are using the same Google account you used to sign up. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try signing in from an incognito window. If the issue persists, contact support.

Ensure you are connected to the internet and signed in with the exact same Google account on both devices. Try pulling down to refresh or restarting the app.

Sometimes the website does not provide an OG image, or our servers were temporarily blocked from fetching it. Rich OG previews are also a Pro and Pro+ feature.

Unfortunately, once a hook is permanently deleted and the undo window has passed, it cannot be recovered. We recommend using the Archive feature instead for links you might need later.
