Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Link Hooker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Link Hooker is a Progressive Web App (PWA) for saving, organising, and searching links. It also includes a Task Manager available exclusively to Pro+ subscribers. There is no app store download required. You access Link Hooker from your browser and may add it to your home screen.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication in your account settings. Link Hooker is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Link Hooker offers three plans: Basic (free), Pro (monthly), and Pro+ (yearly). Paid subscriptions are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• The Task Manager is a Pro+ exclusive feature. Basic and Pro plans do not include it.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We do not store your card details. Razorpay handles all payment credentials.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. On cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at mylinkhooker@gmail.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Link Hooker for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs or backend infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with other people.
• Use automated tools to create accounts, save content, or manipulate the service at scale.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you save to Link Hooker (links, notes, task data). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use it for advertising.

8. Intellectual property

The design, code, and original content of Link Hooker are the intellectual property of Link Hooker and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Link Hooker's interface or code without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Link Hooker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Link Hooker and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Link Hooker after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
